Steve Splichal President Steve is currently the Assistant Superintendent for USD 415 Hiawatha. He has been involved in educating Kansas children for thirteen years. He believes that staff development is the critical cog in the wheels of school improvement. He looks forward to the opportunity of representing his colleagues in the KASCD organization as they strive to meet the demands of today and the challenges of tomorrow.
